No matter what skill level you are at, from beginner to seasoned triathlete, an easy place to make or break time is in the little corral we call the transition zone! In this clinic, TNM’s coaches will teach you how to transition quickly and efficiently. For new triathletes, the transition is often an intimidating part of a triathlon. With so many different things to think about moving through transition, we will help break it down and give you guidance on how to best navigate your transition. We will help you learn all the “ins and outs” of each transition. For the seasoned triathlete, this clinic is a great opportunity to learn some time saving tips to help improve your transition time. This is a hands on clinic, so come prepared with all your gear!

Date: Monday, May 10th

Place: Seward Park by the swimming area

Time: 5:30pm ready to rock with ALL your gear (wetsuit, bike, and anything you’ll need to simulate an actual transition)

Cost: $25 for non-TNM members and $15 for TNM members
