Receive a customized run training program with specifics of duration, warm up, cool down, intensity and terrain prescribed.
The Run Coaching Package includes:
- Assigned HR and pace zones through testing
- Strength and drill videos
- Goal setting and race planning
- Nutritional guidelines for training and race day
- Communication with your coach as needed through email or phone
- Ongoing workout feedback/review
- Post-race evaluation of performance
- Ongoing mental training homework/tips focusing on your 'A' races
- Coached team track workouts
- Weekend team runs as scheduled on the team calendar
- Early registration to camps, clinics, and indoor workouts
- Exclusive discounts on products, services, and sponsor deals
Requirement: Minimum 3-6 month commitment encouraged based on experience and peak 'A' races on your plan.
