The Triathlon Team Membership is for individuals who want a group camaraderie and atmosphere for their workouts. Group workouts are led by certified and experienced coaches and the locations of each workout can be found on our group calendar.  Contact us to register and join our growing team of athletes!

Drop-In Group Training
Athletes are welcome to train with the TN Multsports group on a drop-in basis. Each group workout costs $15. Contact us to set up an appointment!
